Day four

I have been busy with the team, up early in the morning, off to the practice site, back for competition flights. As we have four team pilots, they fly once a day, at all different times. First flights at 8:00am, last ones at around six, the start times for each of our pilot alternates every day. No one starts till after 11:00am today, so it was a sleep in day. Here are a few photos.

These are r/c gliders, flying in syncronization.

The FAI flags at the competition site.
A huge down pour, trying to stay dry, the pilots still had to fly. They make shields for their radios, but the planes get wet. Dave's rudder servo decided it did not like the rain and quite near the end of his round. It was his best flight, oh well, that's the way it goes.

Looks like I may have figured this blogging out on the IPad, more to come.
